Podiatry Position Available

You will be responsible for:

    1    Independently managing patients (assessment, diagnosis, planning   and treatment), with the view to a full-time load of between 38-45 hours/ week as set by you (with appropriate support when required).

    2    Communicating with any relevant parties (GPs, specialists, insurance companies, etc)

    3    Participating in activities to attract and retain our valued clients.

    4    Conducting activities such as community seminars, regular staff in-services and practice-based non-clinical activities.

 

You will be measured against a set of Clinical Excellence Indicators, such as your utilisation rate, PVA (patient visit average), client touch-points, and content creation.

 

You will also be excited about building something of significance and influence, passionate about developing deep relationships with patients and contributing to a culture of fun, excitement and community! You will also be provided with monthly one-on-one mentoring sessions, quarterly reviews, and regular inservice program.

 

You will enjoy an excellent variety in each clinical day of biomechanics, surgery and general treatments. We use the latest full-sized Delcam iQube 3D scanner for orthotics so no more messy casting! We have only 1 Rest Home for a couple of hours every 3 weeks at this stage and do very few home visits so you will mainly be based in the clinic.
